{"id":8169,"date":"2013-02-07T13:21:24","date_gmt":"2013-02-07T12:21:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.caraa.fr\/?p=8169"},"modified":"2022-07-11T14:14:13","modified_gmt":"2022-07-11T12:14:13","slug":"statments","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.caraa.fr\/en\/statments\/","title":{"rendered":"Statments"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Summary of analytical report (statment): Painting on canvas, portrait of a woman<\/strong><br \/>\nOn November 21th 2012, CARAA was mandated to analyze by X-ray fluorescence (XRF) three areas of a painting on canvas depicting the portrait of a woman.<\/p>\n<ul>The analyzed areas concerned three colors:<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The white, identified as <em>lead white<\/em> with traces of <em>lithopone<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>The red, consisting of <em>vermilion<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>The brown, mainly consisting of <em>red ocher<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All pigments analyzed in this work are contemporary with the second half of the nineteenth century.<\/p>\n<p>The results of these analyzes are currently part of the elements taken into account for a possible allocation to the work of Gustave Courbet.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summary of analytical report (statment): Painting on canvas, portrait of a woman On November 21th 2012, CARAA was mandated to analyze by X-ray fluorescence (XRF) three areas of a painting on canvas depicting the portrait of a woman.
